Summer Internships in Urban Youth and Children's Ministry
Impact serves around 550 youth and children every summer. This is a huge undertaking, and we need your help!
Every summer, 30 college-aged students spend their summer with us serving our children, the visiting youth groups, and many others. If you are interested in a summer internship in urban youth and children's ministry, please fill out and submit the application below. Housing is provided by Impact for all interns if needed.

Intern Responsibilities:
- Lead songs, crafts, games, and small groups
- Help with daily pickup/drop-off routes
- Build meaningful relationships with kids and families
Middle School Internship 2026
June 1 - July 30, 2026
Spend your summer making an eternal impact! As a Middle School Intern, you’ll walk alongside students during a pivotal season of their lives—helping them and their families learn to know, love, and walk with God.
You’ll gain hands-on ministry experience as you:
- Ride daily van routes to pick up students
- Lead small groups and build relationships
- Plan and facilitate Bible studies
- Create and guide fun, interactive activities
- Join in service projects that bless our community
This is more than just an internship—it’s an opportunity to grow your own faith while helping the next generation grow in theirs.
