Food and Clothing
Impact provides food for approximately 2500 families every month and our clothing room is open 3 days a week. If you would like to donate food or clothing, you can bring it by our Resource Center at 1712 Depelchin St.
Beans and Rice
The Impact Houston Resource Center has witnessed remarkable growth recently, but the Houston Food Bank, a key partner, has become unable to supply us with the important staples of rice and beans. Given this urgent need, we are reaching out to our supporting community. We need donations of rice and beans, which we give out to our families in 2lb bags. Rice costs Impact about $1 per bag ($1100 per pallet) and beans cost about $1.50 per bag ($1500 per pallet). There are several ways to be a part of this effort, either by donating directly to Impact to cover these costs or by leading your church or other organization in a food drive. Furniture and Other Household Items
Along with providing furniture and other household items for families in need, Impact hosts a large “Garage Sale” every year at Trader’s Village. You can drop off items at Impact Houston (come by the office) or call 713-864-5667 to schedule pick-up of larger items.
Financially
Thousands of people come together to make the mission work at Impact happen. One of the ways they do so is by contributing financially. If you would like to contribute to the work going on at Impact, you can send a check to our Impact Houston campus, drop off a donation at our Impact Houston campus, or donate online. We are transitioning to a new giving platform called PushPay, which allows for a simple, secure, and fast giving experience.
