The Brooks Scholarship Fund
Founded by Jim and Martha Brooks, the Brooks Scholarship Fund exists to provide meaningful opportunities for Impact young people to pursue higher education and brighter futures. Generously and largely funded by Joe Fowler and Joe Netherland, this scholarship program has already impacted many lives in a profound way.
To date, 87 students have graduated from colleges and universities across our region and beyond—including TAMU, UT, Baylor, UH, UHD, ACU, LCU, OCU, Harding, TTU, SHSU, SFA, TS, and Northeastern University.
Our graduates have gone on to build successful careers as teachers, social workers, police officers, ministers, nurses, accountants, fashion designers, journalists, school principals, and more. Many have married, started families, and are now contributing to their communities in meaningful ways. The impact is generational-the trajectory of their lives, and the lives of those around them, has been forever changed.
There is deep joy in walking alongside each of these students, witnessing their growth and watching them build meaningful lives of service to God and their families.
