A Trip to Temple

We had a long but wonderful day recently as a group of 
56 Impact High School students went to Impact Temple, a church in Temple, Texas that is a close sister church of Impact. We went to help with things around the building and also to put on a Carnival for the families of their VBS children. I can say without question our High Schoolers passed this test with flying colors. The joy and love our students showed the kids at the Carnival was unquestionable, and their willingness… to serve and go the extra mile allowed the Carnival to go better than expected. The members and staff at Impact Temple were in awe of how great our group did, from our energy during the Carnival to our willingness to clean and set up for their worship service on Sunday. Great things are happening with the High School students at Impact, and the love, joy, and service they bring proclaim to others the saving love of Jesus Christ.
