Caroline Morales has been a Children’s Minister at Impact Houston since 2012. She grew up in Flower Mound, TX (a suburb outside of Dallas). Caroline became a Christian in College while attending Oklahoma State University, where she earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting. It was at OSU that she first came to Impact on a campus ministry Spring Break Mission trip. Immediately, she felt that Impact was a place where God was working and she fell in love with the people, especially the kids. Caroline interned for 2 summers with the Impact VBS program and the kids and people at Impact truly stole her heart. After graduation, she began her accounting career at a large accounting firm in Dallas, but found out quickly her passion was in ministry not accounting.
Indeed, God had other plans and several months later she was able to begin serving as a Children’s Minister at Impact. Her role includes coordinating a 6 week VBS program each summer (over 2000 people are directly involved throughout the summer), bible education for children from birth to 5th grade, and helping facilitate the 40 youth groups that come to Impact each year on mission trips.
Caroline is married to Eric Morales, who she met at Impact. Caroline remains loyal to her Dallas sports teams and OSU Cowboys. She loves visiting Houston’s many parks (usually with Eric and a few Impact kids in tow), baking as many desserts as possible, and she even pretends to enjoy running so she can eat as many dessert as possible. She is honored and blessed to be able to serve daily at Impact with an amazing staff and the best kids in the world.
